Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate supports relaxation. Zizyphus jujube (red date) is an anxiolytic and supports sleeps. Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) is a calming sedative herb. Humulus lupulus (Hops) is a calming sedative herb. Scutellaria latiflora (American Scullcap) is a nervine herb that supports sleep. Prunus cerasus (Tart Cherry) promotes levels of exogenous melatonin. Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) calms and promotes sleep. Eschscholtzia californica (California Poppy) is an anxiolytic and supports sleeps.

DOSAGE
