Delivery Policy
When will I get my delivery if I live in Rotorua?
Owhata Medical Centre Pharmacy will endeavour to deliver all online orders / Prescriptions on the same business day between 5pm to 6.30pm. Orders placed after 3pm, on the weekend, and on public holidays will be delivered the next business day.
What radius do you provide Free Local Delivery to?
We offer Free Local Delivery within a 20-25km radius (depending on the address). Out of this area, we offer Free Delivery on all orders over $70.
Why have I not received my orders yet?
Please get in contact with us if you have not received your orders yet. We may have missed you during delivery which usually takes place between 5pm to 6.30pm.
All orders outside of Rotorua will take between 1-3 business days via courier service. Rural deliveries may take up to 5 business days.
We would contact you via messenger or email if your order cannot be delivered or will be delayed.
Prescriptions are signature required delivery only.
Can you deliver to my PO Box?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to post office boxes at this time. A signature is required on delivery for New Zealand orders, unless you specify otherwise in the delivery notes field during checkout.
